The actual forms of luxury are presented here at the same time as painting and a situation. They offer a spatially unfolding artistic model of the internal milieu of the author.
Outside contains nine canvases, composed in two structures-configurations. Head and What Part of You Is That? are works that once again, like in earlier projects, lead the classical technique of high art to the liminal territory of aesthetic excess. By emphasizing the beautiful as а characteristic of art, Stanimir Genov formulates a new hierarchy in a traditional realia that is a result or an exalted essence of the ethical cataclysms in contemporary society. What does this mean?
The project is realized with the support of Gaudenz B. Ruf Award.
